Filmmaker
Over the last 20 years I have created many forms of content including documentaries, content for brands, event films and creative short films. Born in South Africa, I began my career in London, before moving to Dubai. I work closely with my clients throughout the process, from script to final edit. I usually direct, shoot and edit all content, and often create bespoke soundtracks or soundscapes for my videos. I have a passion for documenting culture in all its forms. Over the course of 10 years I travelled the world to document some of the last indigenous tattooing practices. I have filmed superstar musicians including Moby, The Roots, Yoko Ono and Ornette Colman among others. I made a hip-hop music video which was played on MTV and created projection visuals for the band Feeder’s world tour. My work has taken me throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, South & Central America, and The Middle East.
Photographer
I am a documentary, fashion and lifestyle photographer working with natural light. My documentary photography has been published in books and magazines and my fashion photography has been published in various magazines.
Writer
I am a writer of serious and silly things. Over the years I have written articles for magazines, short film scripts, a feature documentary script, web content, course content, proposals, and children’s book.
